The Civil Justice Council ADR Working Group operating in the UK has published its final report, the findings and recommendations of which focus on the need to increase public awareness and understanding of the legal system as a whole, on Online Dispute Resolution to be more used even in Court proceedings, on cheaper mediation models such as 3-hours telephone mediations for small and low value cases and on ADR being encouraged at the outset of the dispute and during its proceedings.
