New Executive Committee of the Sicily Chapter of CEA

The Chapter in Sicily has been revived by a new Executive Committee.

The opening was celebrated in Palermo on 20 October 2017 by a well-attended conference in the Main Hall of the Court of Appeal.

The topics which were dealt with are Critical Aspects and Perspectives of Arbitration (presented by Prof. Caterina Ventimiglia, University of Palermo, Prof. Avv. Michele Perrino, University of Palermo, Prof. Avv. Luigi Raimondi, University of Palermo, Prof. Giuseppe Giaimo, University of Palermo, Avv. Alessandro Palmigiano), Critical Aspects and Perspectives of Mediation Proceedings (presented by Federico Antich, Chairman of the Italian Chapter of the Mediation Centre for Europe, the Mediterranean and the Middle East, and by Antonino Di Giacomo) and The Importance of an Integrated Approach out of Court Settlement of Disputes (presented by Notary Public Stefano Puglisi, Lucrezio Figurelli, from The Brattle Group – Rome, and Alfredo Palmieri).

The Executive Committee of the Chapter consists of Massimo Petrucci, Goffredo Sturniolo, Rocco Lentini, Valeria Corbo, Massimo Dioguardi and Antonino Di Giacomo.
