CEM credited with the Italian Ministry of Justice

We are glad to announce that the Mediation Centre for Europe, Mediterrenean and Middle East has been listed at the end of March by the Italian Ministry of Justice

- as authorized Body to administer Mediation proceedings, which are compulsory under the Executive Decree no 180 [2011] to be able to institute civil proceedings,

- as authorized Body to train professional mediators.

The activity of the Centre will continue to follow its mission, which is to offer a useful services to the citizen, both companies and individuals.
