                                The 3rd Mediterranean and Middle East Forum.
 
will take place in Sharm El Sheik on November 19, 20 and 21, 2009.

The Med-Mid III is the third Conference of the European Court of Arbitration involving the Mediterranean and the Middle East.
 

This year it is organised by its Sharm El Sheikh Branch and the SHIAC Arbitration Centre.

It deals with three main topics :

• Challenges of Information Technology (Software Protection, Database Protection, The Technological Protection, Protection of Domain Name, Conflict between Domain Name and Trade Marks, Domain Name Disputes, Pros and Cons of E-Arbitration, E-Arbitration Agreement and Means of Proof, E-Arbitration Procedures According to ICC Rules, Electronic Arbitral Awards, Execution of E-Awards, Arbitrators Responsibility in E-Arbitration)
• What Can and Should be Improved in Arbitration ? (The Future of Arbitration in the Euro-Mediterranean Space, Development of Arbitration in North-South Relationships, Conciliation and Mediation in the Euro-Mediterranean Process, the Future of Arbitration in Arab Countries)
• Cyber Criminality (Way of Protection Against Cybercrimes, Cyber crimes in Egypt, Child On Line Protection).
